Over de woonruimte

I'm looking for a student girl to take over my room from March 7th as I'm moving out.

The room is ca. 20 m2 and furnished, with lots of light during the day. You share the house with 6 other international students (2 other girls, 4 guys) from various universities (Leiden, THUAS). Rent is 525/per month excl and all the other bills are generally about 60-70 per month.

We're looking for a chill roommate who does their own thing but also doesn't mind socializing in the kitchen every once in a while :). Landlord asked specifically for a girl ages 18-22, and you must be able to prove you're a student. Contract period is 2 years, so people in the first years of their studies are preferred.

House is located 10 min walk from Moerwijk station and 15 min biking from city center. Trams 9, 16, 10 are within walking distance. Various supermarkets are 5 min walking/biking away. 

I'll arrange viewings on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th of February in the afternoon/evening.
