Over de woonruimte

Hello everyone :)

My name is Yasmin and I am a 4th year International and European Law student at THUAS. I am currently looking for someone (a girl) to move in the second room of the apartment I’m in.

The room is spacious and some of the furniture inside is available for sale. As the room is on the ground floor, it comes with a small private garden. Shared areas include the bathroom and kitchen. 

The apartment is situated next to the Zeeheldenkwartier, it is 10 10-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from the tram stop (tram 17), as well as from an Albert Heijn XL.

I’m looking for a roommate that is clean, tidy and respectful.

Furthermore the person must be a full time student in Haaglanden region or Leiden, or is a full-time student and is doing an internship in the Haaglanden region or Leiden. 

The rent is 478,5 € (excluding water) and the entry date would be on 15th January 2026.
