Over de woonruimte

I am not allowed to 'rent' out a room, so I am not formally asking any money. Hence rent is formally zero (0). I am allowed to have guests but I am not allowed to have renters.  The formal language of the rental contract is we create a functional 'family unit' (...)  of mutually supportive cohabitation.

 I talked that through with my lawyer, this would instill maximum safety in my situation. I need that safety since eviction (=homelessness) for me would literally be a death sentence. I'd be dead in a week, literally. I got cluster headaches. Google em, these are nasty. 

Taking all this in account I am looking for someone really nice and *very* worldly and (considering the above) someone very f l e x i b l e. Almost certainly female - I do not feel comfortable around guys.  Good company. You can't register at my place, since you'd not be renting there'd be no contract. I only host ONE PERSON, with no guests. I.e. no boyfriends, sleepovers and that sort conniving business. I had a roommate who turned out having a boyfriend and blammo, he was over 2 days. Then four. Then six. Turned out the guy was homeless and he only dated the girl to be able to parasite off her for living space. 

If you insist registering we'd have to agree on terms. I'd lose some rent control and other insurances and I would need you to compnsate for those 1:1 - even when not paying one penny. Tax authorities just halve or more my rent control.  In some cases that can be hundreds of euros, just evaporating. If I lose that income I literally can't eat - not enough money. Hence - I would not close such an agreement with just anyone. So read - by default NO REGISTRATION.

Since I am M2F transgender, Id be especially welcoming to other similar guests. There may be other transgenders staying at my place intermittently. These are very dear friends and/or lovers. They are mostly from other countries. 

Crucial in all this is not in any way to impose on my neighbors. I must have *zero* complaints. That means - no houseguests, extreme discretion, polite AF to everyone.
