The living room and kitchen are both located at the sunny south site and give access to a wide sunny terrace with a view over  gardens. The kitchen has a dining table and is equipped with various build-in appliances (fridge / freezer, oven / microwave and 4-burner stove). The bathroom has an antique marble wash basin and walk-in shower. 
 
We are looking for a quiet female international student who enjoys a unique living situation. As you share the stairs and hallway with us the owners, it is important that you are an international student who is a QUIET AND CALM PERSON as it is NOT a student house. You do respect the owners and the silence in the house after 22.30 and the historic environment. The apartment is located in a quiet and historical and diverse neighbourhood, located 10 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beach and dunes. 
Around the corner the cosy Reinkenstraat offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and unique shops for everything you need. The house is easily accessible by public transport due to the presence of various trams and buses.
