I am looking for a roommate to join a rental contract from 1 July - at least 1 November. After which the contract could be extended indefinitely, with a possibility of being taken over fully—at the discretion of the housing agent.

Registration is required, and there is also a minimum (gross) income requirement of 2500e per month.

My ideal roommate is someone who is happy to meetup or share a diner from time to time, and wants to keep the house fairly clean. It is a huge bonus if you are queer and/or left-leaning, as I sometimes attend demonstrations and events relating to these things that you could join.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a utility room, bathroom, toilet, and a shared living room & kitchen. The ceilings are very high and there is a lot of room available in the shared space at the moment, so if you have furniture you wish to move there is plenty of space for it there and in the utility room.
