I’m Tong, the landlord. I’ve got two furnished rooms available in my bright two-floor duplex apartment in Delft, and I’m looking for two nice tenants — friends are welcome, but you can also rent a room on your own.

✅ Registration (1 person per room) at the municipality is possible 
✅ Both rooms are available immediately, viewing planned in week 2

There’s already one friendly Chinese female TU Delft Master student living on the 1st floor — tidy, quiet, and easy-going.

1) Big room (ground floor) | ~12 m² | €800/month
•	The largest room with the biggest window and a lovely open view 🌿
•	Bathroom with toilet is on the same floor — super convenient
•	Furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, etc. — confirmed during viewing)
2) Small room (1st floor) | ~9 m² | €700/month
•	On the 1st floor with spacious shared areas: kitchen + living room 🍳🛋️
•	A separate toilet also on the 1st floor 🚻
•	Furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, etc. — confirmed during viewing)
•	✅ The current tenant is also on the 1st floor

•	Small room: €700/month
•	Deposit: 2 months rent (both rooms)
•	Utilities NOT included (gas/water/electricity/internet/tenants taxes shared among tenants). Estimated utilities typically around €60–€80 per person/month, depending on usage and energy prices
