I’m looking for someone to take over my Standard Single room at The Social Hub Delft from 1 May 2026 until 14 August 2026.
This is an official contract takeover, handled directly through The Social Hub.

Right next to Delft Station
Supermarket very nearby
7 minutes by bike to TU Delft campus
The Room:
13 m² Standard Single
One person bed, that is very big
Private bathroom & private shower
Fully furnished
Large window with good natural light
Shared Facilities:
Massive kitchen with 9 other residents (cleaned 2x a week by staff)
Social Hub common areas & study spaces
Rent & Contract:
€1,050 per month (averaged over stay)
1 000 euros deposit for Social Hub
and 350 euros transfer fee
All-inclusive (utilities, internet, services)
Contract until 14 August 2026
Paid monthly (not upfront)
What’s Included:
⁠⁠⁠Monthly room cleaning (surfaces, floors and bathroom are cleaned, trash is removed from the bins, new bed and bathroom linen and towels are provided.)
