Over de woonruimte

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at the social hub in Delft. 
The rent is 942.40€ for July and 364.80€ for August. 
The rent includes all utilities, as well as access to a gym, a study room, washing and drying machines, table soccer and ping pong tables. 
The room is approx. 13m^2 with its own bathroom and toilet. Linen is provided and the room is cleaned every month. 
The kitchen is shared with the other tenants on the floor and includes a range of equipment such as 2 ovens, 3 hotplates with 2 slots each, two microwaves etc...
