From December 22th until January 13th, a 14m2 room in DELFT (Van de Spiegelstraat) will be available.
The rent for this room is just €440 (all-inclusive) for the whole period.

This is perfect for those looking for a new place for their new job or master's!

The house is located right behind the station and the city centre (5 minutes walking), also convenient then for those travelling often to other cities. And the neighbourhood is extremely quiet :)

The room comes furnished and the large windows are south-west facing, so the room is quite bright after noon. But please note: since I recently moved furniture around, the actual objects are different from the pics. Now the room has a desk with a comfortable chair (different from pic) and a king-sized bed (different from pic), and no couch anymore.

There is a common room that you can use to have lunch or dinner. You'll be able to use your own fridge (one fridge per tenant in the kitchen, but NO freezer) and personal grocery storage space. The toilet and the bathroom are shared. There is a nice West-facing balcony, same as the room windows.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other people who live in the house (only 1 or 2 will be present during the period): an Indian guy (33yo), a Chilenean-German girl (27yo) and an Italian girl (24yo). They all work and like to hang out, but also respect privacy and quiet time in the house.

THIS IS CRUCIAL: We're looking for someone CLEAN and TIDY, obviously both in the room and in the common spaces.
