Looking for a spacious room in a prime location in Delft?
A room on the second floor of a large student house on the Spoorsingel is available immediately. The room is 17 m², has a high ceiling, and overlooks the city center. It comes fully furnished, including a wardrobe, multiple closets, desk, chair and bed.

You will share the bathroom and toilet with three other housemates on the same floor. In total, the house is shared with 13 male students. Together, you’ll have access to a living room, TV room, kitchen, and a very spacious backyard. Housemates do not have shared dinners, and each tenant is responsible for their own groceries and meals. A dedicated space in the fridge will be provided.

The house is in a fantastic location: only a 5-minute walk from Delft central station and right next to the city center. Everything you need is within easy reach!

Registration at the address is possible. However, registration is only allowed for students. This means you must either (temporarily) be studying at a Dutch university or college, or be doing an internship in the Netherlands that is a mandatory part of your studies abroad.
If you do not need to register at the address, being a student is not required.

This room is rented with an emphasis on independence. The tenant will not be part of the social life of the student house.
