Kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher  / Gas stove / Range Hood / 2 big Refrigerators / Microwave / Oven.

Bathroom and Toilet: Bathroom is equipped with: Washing machine two washbasins, shower. Toilet is separated.
Room contains: bed (90x200), mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, bookcase.
The room is available from 01 July, 2026. First contract is til 31 July, 2027. Extension is possible.
Registration is allowed.
Rent includes incl. WiFi, water gas electricity, heating and city taxes (with energy in normal usage).
Deposit is two months rent.
No pet, No smoke in the house, not for party animal.
