A room is available from the 1st of July 2025 and until the 31st of January 2026 in our house. The apartment is on Roland Holstlaan, 2 minutes away from AH XL (by foot), 5 from Jumbo and 5 from a gym and 10 minutes away from the TUDelft campus.
The apartment has a spacious and cosy living room, balcony, kitchen, and bathroom, all to be shared with two other tenants, one is currently studying Computer Science and the other one has freshly graduated from Aerospace Engineering.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and all other necessary amenities.
The common spaces are all furnished, the room is 18m² and comes with a bed, closet, desk, and shelf. The rent is 735€ all inclusive! (deposit 933€).
