[Delft Student Room Sublet (Contract Transfer via DUWO, Registration Possible)]

Official contract transfer via DUWO.

You must be a TU Delft student (as required by DUWO).

Period:

From May 31st to July 31st (flexible, but DUWO requires the contract to start on either the 15th or 31st of the month).

No extension after the end date.

Room Details:

Spacious 18m² private room with your own bathroom (private shower and toilet).

Shared kitchen with six other flatmates (a separate freezer is available in the kitchen).

Laundry room with washers and dryers downstairs.

Flatmates are quiet and respectful; although the kitchen is shared, you will rarely encounter others.

Location:

5-minute walk to Delft city center (supermarkets like AH, Jumbo nearby).

Bus stop right outside; 2 stops to Delft train station.

15-minute walking distance to TU Delft main campus, and just 5 minutes to the BK faculty.

15-minute train ride to The Hague or Rotterdam.

Next to the Delft Botanical Garden, with a lovely small garden downstairs — great natural environment.
