[ONLY PhD] Hey Hey Future Roomies!

I'm on the hunt for three PhD candidates to join me in a charming shared apartment at DUWO. Move-in date is this month (July), but if needed, we might be able to stretch it to August 1st by discussing it with DUWO.

About the Apartment:
Our cozy abode, Papenstraat 20, aka 'Huyse van Christoffel,' is nestled in Delft's historical heart. This gem of a building dates back to 1411 and has quite the story. Once a retirement home, it was transformed into a modern student residence in 2009, complete with 70+ rooms. Each room has its own private bathroom. Plus, there's a large communal kitchen (for the four of us) and a delightful courtyard with BBQ. We also have a communal bicycle shed. Everything you need – shops, cafes, cinema, and the central station – is just a bike ride away.

Available Rooms (All included):
Room 1: €592.28/month (15.11 m²)
Room 2: €706.42/month (29.10 m²)
Room 3: €700.42/month (27.17 m²)

Important Info:
The rooms and apartment are unfurnished.
We need to buy a kitchen stove, washing machine, and fridges, so be ready to chip in €100-200 for shared appliances.

Housing Requirements:
Must be a PhD candidate.
Registered at duwo (You can do this after selection).
Willing to invest a bit in shared appliances.

I'm looking for respectful and responsible folks who value shared living. If you're curious, authentic, and enjoy getting to know your roommates, you're my kind of person! Extroverts and proactive people who like to hang out, share meals, or grab a drink would be highly appreciated but not necessary.😊

About Me:
I'm Pablo, a 27-year-old PhD candidate in Architecture from Spain. I've been living abroad many years, now in NL! During the week, I'm usually at UNI, and on weekends you'll find me biking, sailing, or catching live performances. I'm extroverted, respectful, and mindful of others' need for space. Cleanliness and quiet are important to me, but I'm also down for house parties if everyone agrees!👽

How to Apply:
Send a brief intro about yourself and what you're looking for to me. I'll review all applications by Friday and aim to meet in person (or via video call) on Sunday, July 7th. Acceptance notifications will go out the same day. You will have till Monday morning to finally accept, and I will share your name with DUWO the same day. 👾
