With 20m² each, there is more than enough space to live, study and relax comfortably. Both rooms also have built-in wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space for all your belongings. A toilet and shower are located directly next to the rooms, offering extra comfort and convenience.

You will be living with 10 friendly housemates and our sweet cat Joopie in a lively student house. The spacious living room and shared kitchen make the house a great place to socialise and spend time together. In addition, the house has a very large garden, perfect for sitting outside in summer and relaxing with friends.

The location is ideal: right in the historic city centre of Delft, within walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants and the university.
