This ad is for TWO ROOMS for rent: Please don't send a message if you plan to come in a few months. We want to rent the two rooms from the sixth of March.
You will rent directly from the landlord, me.

Please only send a message if you are ready to rent together with a friend / colleague / etc. for at least one year.
NOT if you are alone.

We are looking for master students / PHD / PostDoc or other working people.

Two rooms for ONE person each in a monumental building in the city centre of Delft. 

The spaces you share with your friend are a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, living room and toilet.
One of the rooms has a private terrace.
You also have the use of a washing machine and dryer.

Price for the largest room: 858 euro excluding utilities, internet and service costs. 
The price for the smaller room excluding utilities, internet and service costs is 797 euro per month.
So, to be clear, if you and your friend rent the two rooms, you pay € 858 + € 797 = € 1655 
And 2x € 123 = € 246
Totally for the apartment: € 1901per month
