This is a DUWO room and non-students cannot register. 

🪴 One furnished room is available in House Louis Coupeerzaag. It is 14 m2 for €448,50 per month (+ about €100 utilities). It comes fully furnished, and the furniture must be bought from the old tenant. This includes the bed, wardrobe, & more. 

☀️ This room has direct access to the apartment's balcony and gets lots of sun! 

🚲 The apartment is next to Delft Campus station and a 2-minute walk from Lidl or a 5-minute bike ride from AH XL. By bike, you are within 10 minutes of the campus or the city center. The apartment has a living room, a kitchen, a TV, a washing machine, a balcony and a storage room.

🩷 You'll be living with Ali, a PhD student from India (24/f) and Giovana, a Masters student from Brazil (23/f). We both like reading and signing up for random workshops/events! We would like to hear more about you, so please include answers to these questions in your message:
