I'm looking for a new female tenant for my room, starting 20th of June. ☀️ It is a sublet, but I'm hoping to find someone who can take over the contract (1 year lease) from the end of August onwards. 

We are looking for a someone who is tidy,  respectful and reliable, but also sociable and brings a good vibe to the house! The minimum age is 22, and you should be currently enrolled in a student program (the house is rented through an agency, so proof of enrollment is required). 

This is a mixed gender house, with international students. In total the house has five occupants, including you. 

* Rent is 740€ including all utilities (1000€ deposit)
* Room comes fully furnished
* Registration is possible, after the sublease ends in August
* Located 5 minute walk away from Delft station, at a safe and quiet neighborhood
* The house has living room space attached to the kitchen, which is perfect for socializing
