A cozy, fully furnished room is available in a spacious two-story apartment in the heart of Delft city center. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a dedicated laundry room. Residents enjoy a large, comfortable living area with two sofas and a TV, as well as a separate desk for studying.

Roommates: You will be sharing with two TU Delft Aerospace students (one male, one female).

Amenities: Secure indoor bike storage is provided in the entryway.

Location: Situated in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from supermarkets (AH/Jumbo) and a 10-minute bike ride to the TU Delft campus.

Terms: Registration is possible. Please note that the contract ends in August as the owner will be moving back in; no extensions are possible.
