Over de woonruimte

The room
About 9 sqm with a double bed, a desk and a big closet. It has a big window with a nice view over Rotterdam and the door to the balcony (shared with the roommates).

The house
Shared flat with 2 other girls. There is a toilet and a bathroom (separate), a kitchen and a cozy living room. The flat is located close to De Hoven passage, 7 min by bike to Delft train station and 3 min to Delft campus station. You can walk in 5 min to Jumbo, Lidl, AH.

The roommates
You will live with 2 final year master students girls. We enjoy spending time together in the living room chatting, watching series or playing games. Sometimes we like to organise cozy dinners but also enjoy our personal space. 

The rent 
The rent is 500€ per month with everything included (also WiFi). There is a bike you can use as well.
