Room Sublet in Delft

I am subletting my room in Aan 't Verlaat Delft. The room is furnished and comes with the basics: Bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelf.

Dates: 20th April till 31th July
Rent: 699,57 e (incl. Utilities, Heating, Gas, and Internet) + 85 e (one time admin charges)

The room is about ~12m^2 with a nice view of the canal, lots of sunlight throughout the day. There are 8 other people who live on the floor. 2 toilets, 2 showers, and the kitchen is shared. The building is located conveniently near a lot of things in Delft.

Bus is right in front of the building with regular buses to the station.
400m from the Plus Schinkel (grocery store)
5mins bike to Delft City center
5mins bike to Delftse Hout (the park with the big lake)
10 mins bike to TU Delft (My personal record is 7 mins)
