Hello!

My name is Charlie, and I'm looking for an international TU Delft student to take over my room from April 1st to July 28th! The furnished room is located at Aan het Verlaat in Delft. It is a great location with a beautiful view overlooking the heart of Delft, with both the Nieuwe Kerk, Oude Kerk, and the skylines of Rotterdam and the Hague visible.

The building is just an 8 minute bike ride from the TU Delft campus, around 5-7 minutes from the station, and less than a minute from the nearest supermarket.

The room is 17 m2, and you will share the floor with 8 other international TU students. On the floor, there is a kitchen with 2 stoves, each with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, and 2 fridge/freezers. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower, a laundry room with a washer, and a spacious living room with two couches and a TV.

The all inclusive rent is €769.45 a month, split up into the base rent of €365.07, and fixed service costs of €404.38. A one time fee of €85 is needed to take over the room. Pretty high speed internet is included, fast enough to play online games well with no issues. My room also has a big radiator that keeps it very warm, as well as openable windows on two separate walls that create a great cooling breeze in the summer.
