The room and apartment are fully furnished and they are both pretty well lit with natural lighting which makes it perfect for Rotterdam's depressing weather. 

The monthly rent of the room is €750/month including all utilities and taxes. The deposit is equal to 1 months rent and their will be a one time €738 agency fee payable after you viewed the place and signed the contract. 

The duration of the contract is negotiable with maximum stay equal to 2 years.
