Over de woonruimte

Hello fellow room seekers,
Starting from April until end of September, a cosy 22m² room becomes available in our student house! It is a big attic room in a house shared between 5 people (that is including you).
I’m subletting my (partly) furnished room for 6 months with a possibility to extend with a contract after this timeframe.
The furniture showcased on the pictures will be left.

The house itself is in Belcrum: an ideal neighbourhood next to the central train station. It is a 1 min walk to the train station, you can reach the city center in 5 minutes by bike and BUas campus in just 8 minutes. Plus, you’ll have Jumbo, Aldi, and Albert Heijn supermarkets just 2 minutes away by bike – super convenient!

We share a kitchen, a bathroom and 1 extra toilet, and we have a garage and a small backyard which is ideal for chilling and socializing in the summer. You’ll be living with 4 other housemates – 4 Dutch. International friendly and primarily speaking English in the house.

The rent is €515 a month, all utilities and internet included . The room is approximately 22m², providing you with the essentials for student living. You can move in as soon as first of April.
