Room 1 furnished: 1-person bed, desk, desk chair, mirror, curtains, built-in closet. (6 m²)
Room 2, unfurnished: the room has built-in closets and curtains; the double bed you can buy if you want (14 m²)

The rooms have central heating and double-glass windows, and the door can be locked.

The bathroom was renewed 2 years ago and has a rain shower (shared with 3 female students).

There is a washing machine and dryer (in a separate room and included in the rent).
The rent starts on the 1st of July (arriving later is possible, of course, but rent starts as soon as you take the room). The rent price is 560 euro for room 2 and 450 euro for room 1; this includes gas/water/electric/internet.

Time to Groningen city is 7 min walking to the intercity train.
station of Assen; from there there are 4x per hour trains to Groningen.
main station (17 min.) (and also direct trains to Zwolle/Utrecht/Amsterdam). For the train it's recommended to take a free travel card (for international students) ("NS dal vrij" 119 euro/month that you can use for the whole country) (international students that work can also sometimes get the free student travel card from the government). It's also possible to rent private parking next to the house (60 euro). The room is located on a street with shops/restaurants; a park is behind the building, and the fresh market is 1 min walking. This is 2x per week; supermarkets are also near. Action and an Italian ice cream shop are also a few min. In and around Assen there are nice forests and lakes and national parks; by train it's 20 min closer to Amsterdam/Utrecht, & Assen also has a nice subtropical pool with saunas and slides called "De Bonte Wever" that is very affordable. This is a 10 min bike ride from the house.
Conditions: The price is 450(room1) 560(room2) euro / month / 2-month deposit / 1 year
minimum contract. The price is all-in, fair use. So including utilities / water /
gas/electric/internet, it is possible to subscribe to the address.
We are looking for only a student that is subscribed to a uni or
other school), not a working person, but if you are a student that
does an internship that is also okay, as long as you can prove that you
are subscribed to a uni / school.

It is possible to come in person or do a video call where I will also show the street. I can also send you videos of the room/house; a contract can be signed during
a video call with ID that will match the Dutch bank account.

The house has good locks, and on the outside there is also a security camera & a closed place to put a bike if you want. A cleaning schedule is made for the house to keep things clean. It is possible to take a look in person or do a video call; payments are to a Dutch bank account. If interested, please tell a bit more about yourself (write an intro) and what you are going to do.
