Hey everyone, 

My (9m2) room will become available from 01.08.2026 in Amsterdam Noord. Until at least January 2027. (To be determined with landlord what happens next after Jan.27’)

The location is perfect. 5’ walk to the metro Noorderpark, 15’ walking to the ferry to centraal, lots of supermarkets/snacks in the neighbourhood. It is a quite quiet neighbourhood, very enjoyable.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

RENT: *820€ p/m (all incl.)* - Will increase every July according the law
Utilities included: Wifi(kpn) / Gas-Electricity(oxxio) / Water(waternet) / Washing-machine subscrption(splash)

You will share the apartment with 3 other international/dutch roommates between 24-29y.o, ending their studies and/or working already. Odysseas, Helia and Iris.

To be shared: 

- Kitchen
- Living room
- Bathroom
- Toilet
- Balcony
- A shed (outside the house)

The room comes furnished, so expect fees upon entering the room. Furniture was bought by myself, new and is only 2y.o and well maintained.

P.S.: FYI; If you’re a OCD type of person and someone who needs a rather quiet place, this is not the house for you. House is Queer-friendly. Keep that in mind.

- 48.85€ Afvalstoffenheffing aug-dec26’ (yearly trashtax)
- 100€ Share in shared-bank account for house expenses
- 602.70€ Room Furniture (Bed, Slatted bed base, Mattress Custom made Ikea Closet, Desk, small « dresser ») - ONE TIME PAYMENT ONLY

= TOTAL DUE: 2’820€ to be paid upon entering the room. (20.07.2026)
(820€ RENT august + 1’200€ DEPOSIT + 800€ multiple TAXES/fees) 

ONCE AGAIN: Those are the conditions to be eligible to apply for the room, if you cannot pay the total amount of the fees upon entering the room, please don’t apply. It will save time for everyone! Thank you.

What’s next: 
- I’ll let few days for people to apply
- Then choose a handful of application to offer to my roommates
- They will choose who fits for a viewing
- I will then reply back with a date and time. It might be a collective viewing or not. To be determined with the availabilities of my roommates.
