The others are 3 working people in the age of 21-26 years old. And come from all over the world. They are looking for a nice 4th and 5th person preferably in the same situation.
Room 1 = 11m2 for 725 inclusive
Room 2 = 10m2 for 700 inclusive
Room 3 = rented
Room 4 = rented
Room 5= rented
Deposit is 1700 which you get back in full after leaving the place in a good and clean way. 

The start is from july so you pay for the month july if you want to move in later it is no problem but you do pay for the month july.


The fullservice price is including: gas, water, electrics, wifi, all government tax also the ones you get on your own name, weekly professional cleaning including cleaning products, full furnishing.

The commonlivingroom with open kitchen is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has: a dishwasher, oven, fridge, 4 burner gashob and extractor. All pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffeemaker, kettle etc etc are there. A big table with 6 chairs.

A new washingmachine and a new drying machine.

Garden of 50m2 with 2 sheds in it for bikes, suitcases and other stuff.

There are 2 separate toilets.

A modern bathroom with sink, and a big walk in shower.

Weekly professional cleaning of; all common areas as living with open kitchen, kitchen itself, toilets, bathroom.

 is central in the city district New West of Amsterdam. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with mostly families. You can walk in 2 minutes to shops such as Vomar and you can bike in 5 minutes to Osdorpplein shopping centre with a big variety of shops such as Albert Heijn XL, Dirk van der Broek, Etos, TK Maxx etc.. The tram 17 and tram 1 are close by to reach the city center in about 20 mins! If you want to go by bike it is depending on where you need to be in the centre within half an hour by bike.
