Hi there, I’m Vincent, 26 years old and originally from Germany. I’ve been living in Amsterdam for 1 1/2 years now, and I am working as an Account Manager in the tech industry. Since my current roommate is moving out of Amsterdam, I’m looking for a new roommate around the same age to take his room. Below you can also find a detailed description of the apartment, as it was originally advertised by the landlord. Since the landlord needs a proof of income, I unfortunately can’t accept students (also not with your parent’s proof of income). The apartment, and also your bedroom, is completely furnished and ready to move in. At the bottom of the description is also a breakdown of the cost of living.

ABOUT THE PLACE
Warmoesstraat a spacious and luxurious apartment in the centre of Amsterdam
