Over de woonruimte

Hello! 

My roommate is moving out, so I’ll need a new one! 

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one other person (me!). You’ll have your own private bedroom with everything else (Kitchen/living room, bathroom, toilet) to be shared between us. 

The apartment is well located. It's a 20-minute bike ride from the canals, a 5-minute bike ride from Vondelpark, with the tram and metro a 5-minute walk away

I’m looking for someone to live with who is chill and clean!

My Preferences: 

Male, at least Mid-late 20s, and someone who doesn’t work remotely

Someone who likes to keep things clean. 



Requirements: 

The rent for December upfront  

3 months' deposit of €2250 

3 months' payslips demonstrating a gross income of at least 3 times the rent plus bills (€2700) per month  


Please note:  

Under the current rental contract/agreement with the landlord, I am permitted a roommate. However, you will not be signing a contract with the landlord. This means you will have no rights or obligations with them. Instead, you will be signing a separate sublet contract with me. 
 
The base rent excluding is €1500,  but with my current roommate moving out, I will need to find new providers for energy and the internet, but total rent plus bills should be about €900 per month (not including annual waste and water charge. My current roommate owns all the furniture pictured in the bedroom. The new tenant can buy some of it (the bedframe, wardrobe and table) for €200. Also, maybe the mattress, but that is TBD
