A washing machine is present in the apartment. Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. Bike parking is in the building and free.

The apartment is in 5 minutes walk form the subway-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the Centre. Parking on the street is free.

The rental price is €625,- + €75,- utilities/internet charges
