Nice and comfortable shared apartment for rent in Amsterdam Southeast. We offer you a stay in a room of 9m2. There is a big living room of 28m2 and you will share the modern kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room and additional storages.  The total communal area in the apartment is 62m2.  

A washing machine is present in the apartment. Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. Bike parking is in the building and free.

The apartment is in 5 minutes walk form the subway-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the Centre. Parking on the street is free.

The rental price is €600,- + utilities charges
