Hello! I’m a Brazilian solo mother looking for a friendly female roommate to share my home with me and my 12-year-old daughter.

	•	Private kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, large fridge).
	•	Private bathroom with washing machine, bathtub + shower.
	•	Separate toilet.
	•	Spacious private bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, large enough for a bed, sofa, TV, and an extra wardrobe.
	•	Two windows with a beautiful view over a park.
	•	Secure building with elevator and key-protected corridor door.

📍 Location
	•	Safe, family-friendly neighborhood in Buitenveldert, Amsterdam-Zuid.
	•	Shopping center Gelderlandplein (10 min walk), with stores like Mango, Rituals, HEMA, restaurants, and an Albert Heijn XL supermarket.
	•	Supermarkets Jumbo and Albert Heijn within 5 min walk.
	•	Amstelpark within 10 min walking distance.
	•	Amsterdamse Bos reachable in 10–15 min walk.
	•	Public transport:
	•	Tram stop Van Boshuizenstraat – 4 min walk.

👤 Who I’m looking for
	•	Female, ideally between 30–40 years old.
	•	Works full-time (or student with fixed job).
	•	Non-smoker, quiet lifestyle, no frequent parties, limited visitors.
	•	Friendly, respectful, and organized.
	•	Someone who enjoys a calm environment and understands this is a family home with a 12-year-old child.
	•	Willing to share some basic household costs (toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies).
	•	Comfortable with hiring a cleaning lady monthly for a few hours.

📅 Rental terms
	•	Initial stay: 3 months, extendable to another 3 months.
	•	Preference for someone who wants to stay long-term / indefinite, if we get along well as a household.
