Over de woonruimte

ONLY DURING AUGUST / SEPTEMBER (and potentially October)
We are renting out the room in Amsterdam South (near Amsterdam RAI/Europaplein) at the front of our house. That room is fully furnished with a bed and storage space and has its own shower + sink and a private toilet in the hallway. We only share the hallway with our tenant. 

Please be aware that there only VERY LIMITED cooking possibilities (microwave only, no use of kitchen)

Our house is very centrally located, a 5-minute walk from train and metro (RAI/Europaplein). There is a shopping center (with Dirk/Action/Trekpleister) within a 3-minute walk. The RAI conference center is also a 5-minute walk away. Moreover, the neighborhood is very green with many trees and various parks nearby (Martin Luther King Park, Beatrix Park and Amstelpark 

We are quiet people looking for a QUIET AND RESPONSIBLE TENANT. We have two nice cats. The tenant must be willing to look after our cats when we are on vacation (which will be during most of the rental period).

House rules:

- Receiving guests is expressly not permitted.
- No loud music or other loud noises 
- No smoking, alcohol or drugs 
- Microwave and limited cooking possibilites are available available in the room.
- Our washing machine can be used upon request. 
- The tenant may sit in the front garden (chairs are available). 
- During our vacation (which will be most of the rental period) the tenant may use the whole ground floor including kitchen
