500 meter from lylelaan station.

search for good income,  stable, quiet, respectable clean person. as two others roomates are male working people, so we search also for another male working person. 
Two months deposit and one month rent. (200 euro after confirmation and signed the contract. rest can be paid right after moving in)
uitility and wifi include with max budget of 300 euro a month. if it is over, it will be shared by all the tenants. 
there is some government tax over afval, sewage, it is estimated around 25 euro. this is excluded. current tenants also organized a cleaner coming to clean. this is extra cost. you can discuss with two other guys on the cost.  cost may around 25 as i estimated.
