Over de woonruimte

Hey, we’re letting a room in Rembrandtpark, Nieuw-West, Amsterdam from 17th February, 2025 onwards (till June, 2025, with the possibility to extend). 

Rent is €800/month, inclusive of WiFi and electricity (heating for the room charged separately based on usage. Heating for the apartment’s shared areas are included in the rent). There’s also a €800 refundable deposit. 

The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, storage) in a 15th-floor, 3-bedroom apartment shared with two friendly and easygoing flatmates in their 30s. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and the location is peaceful, with a 7-minute walk through the park to the station and a 20-minute tram ride to the center. 

House Rules: No smoking, no parties, and you would have to adopt some plants in the room which require weekly watering. 🌱

Ideal Tenant: Professional or working student. Someone who is quiet and understanding of the peaceful atmosphere of the apartment.
