Over de woonruimte

I’m looking for 1 person that is coming in between 29the Dec / 4th January 
 
LONG TERM STAY ONLY ! 1y minimum 
a large furnished room.
1 min walk from dam square & tram stop paleistraat 
And Supermarket Albert Hein XL  and located next to soho house and in the street of W hotel.
 I have an open room in my apartment on the second floor I have a cat in the house! That’s a must if you live in Amsterdam. 

I live on the second floor of the building 
I smoke and work from home so I’m home a lot 

Deposit 1500,- 
 
I’m looking for 1 person that is out a lot! And can handle the Amsterdam living situation apartments are not sound proof and it’s full of life in the city. If you can’t handle smoke don’t respond since the appartement is above a coffeshop! I need a simple person with not to much stuff.
