Over de woonruimte

At the end of the month, I will leave the room where I currently stay here in Amsterdam. It will be available from April 1st (technically, from March 31st afternoon).
It is located in the city centre, behind Dam Square, and it is very well connected with metro, bus, tram; the central station is a few steps away, AH around the corner, and all kinds of shops.
It is an apartment on two floors; there are three bedrooms on the lower floor and three on the upper floor. Each floor has its own bathroom, which is therefore shared with only two other people. The bathroom has a shower.
Kitchen is used by all tenants, although usually people use just the microwave or the oven to heat upsomething. It is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine (new, replaced a few months ago), fridge, oven, toaster, etc.
Unfortunately, there are no common areas (living room) other than the kitchen.
The rent is €875.00 and includes utilities (water, electricity, gas). Deposit is 1,5 months (€1,312.50).
Internet is on separate cost; we have an annual contract with Ziggo, ultra-fast fiber. It is paid until the end of July 2025. For this, I ask €50 to the new tenant for the part I have already paid and will not enjoy.
It is possible to register, as you will have a regular rental contract directly with the landlord.
Since I have agreed with the landlord to personally manage all the visits and selection for the new tenant, it will not be necessary to pay any management fees with an agency. It would have cost a full month of rent, but you will save that :)
What I am looking for is a person who intends to "buy" the furniture I purchased to furnish the room. They are IKEA pieces, nothing special. They are in excellent condition, and I am asking for €300 (less than half of the original cost).
