Over de woonruimte

I'm looking for a roommate to rent a flat in De Pijp, overlooking Sarphatipark. The room is €1250 (excl), registration is included and the contract is for a minimum of 1 year, indefinite afterwards. The move in date would be end of May/ beginning of June.

I'm looking for a girl, also in their 20s who is clean, friendly and sociable, but also values their own space.
About myself, I'm a working, final year Economics student at the UVA, who is going to start a Master next September. I'm half Spanish and French and my hobbies include everything related to sports, going for coffee walks, spending time with my friends and being outside as much as possible.
