A room is available on Rozengracht in a two-bedroom apartment with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment will be shared with a female student.

The room is furnished with a 120 cm three-quarter bed and a quality mattress, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and an armchair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, etc.

The bathroom is nice and has a washer/dryer.

Everything was completely renovated in 2022.

You must register as a resident with the Municipality of Amsterdam with this address.

The rent is €850 per month, excluding a €250 advance payment for the following costs:

- Gas/water/electricity
- Internet
- Service charges for common areas
- Furniture
- Central heating maintenance contract

The actual costs will be deducted from the advance payment at the end of the lease.

According to the law related to temporary rental, only tenants who are not yet registered in Amsterdam and are staying here temporarily for study purposes are eligible.
