Over de woonruimte

I’m looking for a roommate in my apartment in Amsterdam Centrum. Located on Rokin on the second floor, the apartment has full amenities with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and oven. The bedroom on offer is 15m2 with a bed, a lot of storage, a closet area and plenty of natural light.
 The dining/living room as well as the kitchen and bathroom are shared, there is a lot of fridge and freezer space, and great appliances. 
The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. 
Undoubtably the best aspect of the apartment is the location, with Dam square around the corner, bars, cafes and restaurants a short walk away, and great connection to public transport for longer journeys. 
I’m looking for a student (working or otherwise) because the contract requires a proof of higher education enrollment. You’d be sharing the apartment with (me) a Political Science at the UvA.
