Please note: This room is available for women only. Three women will share an apartment of 77 m². The current housemates are Emma  (24) and Dana (25); both are very social, respectful, and contribute to a pleasant living environment.

To maintain peace and safety in the home, overnight guests are not allowed, even in your own room. This is a mutual agreement between all housemates.

Rental terms:
	•	Minimum rental period: 6 month or longer
	•	Monthly rent: €1300(all-inclusive)
	•	Deposit: €2600
	•	Rent must be paid in advance each month
	•	Address registration is possible;

Important note:
No payments will be requested from you until you have received a signed rental agreement, proof of address registration, and a copy of my ID. Please do not trust anyone who asks for money before providing these documents.
