Over de woonruimte

Brunella (Peruvian) and I (Mexican) are looking for a new female roommate to take over the room shown below. We live around Delflandplein in Amsterdam. We're both in our late twenties and work full time. We speak Spanish in the house, so we're preferably looking for someone who speaks Spanish as well.

We are pretty chill, have dinner together sometimes and share household chores. During the summer we have drinks and suntan in the balcony or go for a quick swim at Nieuwe Meer.

The room is:
Available from March 1st (for a minimum of 3 months)
14m2 with a big sunny window year round. (perfect for the winter blues)
The rent is 912 euros per month (with the yearly rent increase expected in November). All utilities included except yearly taxes. (water/trash collection tax).
It IS possible to register!.
The room is unfurnished.

The house has a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, and a big basement storage room. It also has a sunny balcony that you can access from this bedroom.

Note: the apartment does not have a living room.
The area is great, we live next to a shopping square (Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat, Primera, Action), tram 2 stops in front of the door and goes straight to Centraal. Also, there are 2 metro stations less than 10 minutes away on foot, a gym, cafes and restaurants around the corner.
