Over de woonruimte

Hi dear roomie, I am going to be traveling for work and my room is going to be available for you to stay from 15th of May until 23rd of June (possibly with a few extra days at the end). I am looking for a girl, sorry boys, nothing personal, my current roomies are more comfortable living with women. 
The girls are working and studying, and prefer to have a calm house to rest, so if you like hosting guests all the time and having parties, we would not be a match - also nothing personal, just a preference. 
I will be happy to do an in-person or virtual viewing for you this week. 
The total rent for the period of 15th of May until 23rd of June is 1500 EUR.
