Heyaa, looking for a new roommate who’s also a student or in the same age range (18-25) to replace my existing one on the contract (there is a €200 fee for the contract change from the housing company sadly, but we’ll split that of course!). So its a private apartment with space for 2 tenants.

Location is Raamgracht (1011KJ) which is right next to Nieuwmarkt/Waterlooplein—very central but on a quiet small canal with very little tourists.

- Move-in date: early July
- Rent: €1408 per person excl.
- The apartment: 2 floors with a small patio and 2 bedrooms with both having private bathrooms
= Your bedroom: Has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower! (its the one in the pictures with a beautiful view on the canal)
- Registration is possible
