Hey girls we are looking for a 3rd female roommate!

You will be sharing the apartment with one German student and one South African young professional.
 
-Move in date: 1st September 2025.
-Registration in the Gemeente is possible.
-Rent is 1290 euros  all including per month. Room and apartment fully furnished. Brand new apartment and room. ALL taxes and utilites included ( electricity, gas & heating, water, high speed glasvezel internet)
-Deposit 2000 euros. 
-Contract- Preferable 1 year  (till September 2025) but a shorter contract can be negociated. Minimun stay 3-6 months. Let us know :) 
-Fully furnished room and apartment, new, bright with plenty of sunlight. Energy lebel. 80 m2 total. With small balcony and fully equipped kitchen.
- Room 18 m2 fully furnished. Big and confy bed (2*20 m x 2m) (with drawers under it). Huge built in wardrobe, extra wardrobe in the corner, chest of drawers.
- New apartment building on the 2nd floor. Elevator and garage also available for extra storage (suitecases, bike, etc).
-Location: Amsterdam Osdorp/ Niew West area. 10 minute tram ride to lelylaan 20-40 min to Amsterdam center (tram/bike).
-2 min walk to tram stop : line 1
-5 min walk to big AH.
-10 min walk to Osdorplein big shopping area with all stores you need: Dirk, Lidl, Jumbo, AH XL, Douglas Etos, Blokker, TK Maxx etc.
-10 min walk to Sloterplas lake and Sloterpark if you enjoy nature and sailing.
-What we look for: someone who is chill and relaxed, used to living with others, someone who likes to keep things in common areas clean and tidy, will keep cleaning schedule and you will clean the apartment once every 2-3 weeks. Someone who wont throw parties at home (very important rule since it’s a family friendly building. No pets allowed no couples
Someone to have nice conversations about everything and nothing.

IMPORTANT
Viewings from 27th August at 18.00pm  during the week. 
Weekends it can be from 11 am- 20 pm (online also possible via whatsapp call).
