We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and respectful of each other’s space – non-smoking, drinking, and not into partying at home. It truly is a home that needs a responsible tenant. The house is shared between 2 people only.

The highlight of the flat is the huge shared living space. Because the living room is the heart of the apartment, this home is best suited for someone who enjoys some social interaction and isn’t looking to just keep to themselves in their room. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.
