📅 **Availability:** From November 25th until August 31st 2027, with the possibility to extend (subject to agreement with the landlord and housemates)

Kruidvat and Lidl just across the street

A butcher, clinic, barber shop and small fresh produce shops downstairs

Close to Rembrandtpark, with tram and bus stops nearby

👥 **Who I'm looking for:**
Students or young professionals. The current housemates are students and plan to apply for housing allowance (huurtoeslag), which could lower the total monthly rent.
