I have found another appartment and will be moving from 3rd of November. However, current apaprtment will be let go from 1st of Dec (due to one month notice period with agency). *So I am looking for a sublet to cover my one month notice period month* 

It is possible to stay in the appartment from 1st of December permanently, if flatmate likes you, your income is above 4k gross and together you + current tenant can suceed in taking over the lease from me. 
Please note appartment will come unfurnished, i will sell some items I want to leave behind, but the rest will need to be acquired yourself with current flatmate.
