Hi! I’m looking for a cordial, tidy, and considerate flatmate for my apartment at Paardekraalstraat in Amsterdam Oost.

The apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities and is located in a great area close to Oosterpark (around 800 m / 10 minutes walking or 3–4 minutes by bike). Amsterdam Muiderpoort Station is approximately 450 m away (5–7 minutes walking), and the Oostpoort tram stop is about 300 m away (3–5 minutes on foot). The neighborhood has supermarkets, cafés, parks, gyms, and shops all within easy reach, while still offering a relaxed residential atmosphere.

I value a calm, respectful, and friendly home environment with open communication and mutual consideration. I’m looking for someone sociable, responsible, neat, and tidy, and comfortable sharing a pleasant living space.

The only prerequisite is that you’ll need to arrange your own bed.
