Over de woonruimte

I’m looking for a new housemate to share a fully furnished apartment close to Rembrandtpark. The place was completely renovated last year and has a lovely 55m² private garden that’s accessible from the bedroom.


The room: 
* ±11m²
* Bed frame (with side shelf and drawers) and mattress, great condition, 1 year old, to be purchased from the previous tenant for €150 (negotiable)
* No wardrobe, but the bed has storage underneath and there is a clothing rack. There is also some room to add additional furniture if needed, and some extra storage space available. 

The aparment has a large open-plan living room with kitchen (with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, built-in fridge) a washing machine and a dryer. It's fully furnished though not completely decorated yet (would be happy to do that together).

The apartment is greatly located, in a quiet street just outside Rembrandtpark, close to Overtoom, Kinkerstraat, Vondelpark etc. and well connected to all public transportation. The city centre, de Pijp, and the main stations are all about 15-20 minutes cycling away. Supermarkets, etos, kruidvat, action etc are just a few minutes cycling away. 
Same for some nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, gyms etc. 


I’m looking for someone 27+, preferably female (although I’m open to sharing with a guy if it’s the right fit), who has a full-time job outside of the house and wants to stay for at least 1 year. Proof of income is required, with a minimum gross monthly income of €4,300.
No large parties and no smoking inside the house. Also looking for someone responsible, reasonably clean, and respectful.

Hi! I’m Alice, 33, Italian. I’ve lived abroad for the past 13 years and have been in Amsterdam for about one. I work from home 3-4 days a week.
